Get copies of documents and key data stored into Xero and QuickBooks Online automatically.

Capture
Snap a photo of your bill or receipt, automatically sharing it with your accountant, bookkeeper or teammates.

Extract
Hubdoc will extract the supplier’s name, amount, invoice number and due date, so you can say goodbye to data entry.

The document will be filed automatically in a digital filing cabinet, which means you can toss the paper copy.

Ratings and reviews

While this works decent as a file repository on the desktop version this Android app is virtually worthless. I tried uploading a picture...failed. It doesn't let you upload any files from the file system. You cannot download or email any file from it on the android app. Thus it serves absolutely no purpose. If I need to email a copy of an invoice, receipt or document that's been uploaded it can't do it. While its associated with Xero, which is great, this app is terrible.

App works to take a picture of a receipt or invoice, etc, but is way too basic and in need of additional features. How about the ability to add information about the receipt or invoice? Also it would be nice to be able to upload not just pictures from the camera, but also from the gallery and the ability to upload saved documents from your phone, not just photos

App is fine for taking a photo of a receipt and uploading it, and that only works with an active internet connection. It has no other real functionality. Documents cannot be reviewed or synced from the mobile app. Minimum functionality needed is the ability to upload PDFs, and to accept documents shared using android's native share functionality. Hubdoc itself is great, but as other commenters have said, this app is less usable than just emailing the document into hubdoc.
