At first I could add the hub and it worked. The layout is bad and was much better in the previous app (opinion). Now, my wife's app has completely stopped reporting gps. I've unrestricted the battery usage, enabled precise location (all the time), and everything else I can think of. Nothing works. The app shows her in and out of the geo fence, but it doesn't relay that to the hub. The hub status has also stopped updating to the app on my phone. It shows the same status all the time and will not

When I first tried the app, it was unusable. Constantly crashed. So, I uninstalled it. Gave it another chance, and now it doesn't crash, but it also often falls to connect even when the hub is fine. When it does connect, responsiveness is horrible, I often have to tap something multiple times to get a response (e.g., to turn on a light). The UI design is like a case study in how to make things unusable and inaccessible. I regret upgrading my old Hubitat hub. Hubitat is awful now.

after the most recent update, (app or hub) the EZ dashboards all have a banner that reads, "reconnecting to hub" which never goes away, leaves the tiles under it unusable, and is happening to all mobile users in my family. The app still controls routines, with a delay. Using the reconnect feature never exits search for a hub.
