Ratings and reviews

It's takes too long to get your delivery. They're no ways to contact the dispatch rider assigned to you. No way to even cancel your order and get a refund if your order is taking too long to be delivered. You will just be sitting down tracking the rider moving about. it's soo frustrating.

I'm giving this a 3-star because the app tends to send me a lot of unnecessary notifications. Additionally, most of these notifications cannot be cleared from the status bar until you stop the app. This shouldn't be the case.

very poor service, how do I order food and after 2 hours i still don't receive my order. if I wasn't hungry do you think I'll order for food. never again, I'm deleting this disaster of an app
