"Medical Expense Memo for Tax Returns" is an app that allows you to easily record and summarize your daily medical expenses for tax return medical expense deductions. You can easily record a year's worth of medical expenses by simply taking a picture of your receipts or by manually entering the information.

The recorded medical expenses can be exported for free as an Excel file in the same format as the "Medical Expense Summary Form" distributed by the National Tax Agency. This can be used directly for preparing your tax return medical expense deductions, significantly reducing the effort required for summarization and transcription.

■ Excel Output in Medical Expense Summary Form Format (Free)
You can export your recorded medical expenses in the same Excel format as the National Tax Agency's "Medical Expense Summary Form." No additional charges are required; it's completely free. This eliminates the hassle of recalculating expenses at the end of the year or during tax filing season.
