Hudhud Hala — The Fast Tricycle Ordering App

Hudhud Hala is an Egyptian app for ordering tricycles quickly and easily, with a fully Arabic interface and designed to serve local transportation (such as Minya and surrounding areas). Through a single app, you can register as a customer to request a ride, or as a driver (captain) to receive orders and work.

For Customers — Order your trip in minutes
1) Open the app and register as a customer
2) Specify your pick-up and drop-off locations on the map
3) Add a description of your load if needed
4) View the fare estimate and then tap "Order Now"
5) Your request will be sent to the nearest available drivers
6) You can contact the displayed drivers while waiting
7) After your trip is accepted, contact the driver and track the trip status
8) You can cancel your request as long as it hasn't been accepted yet
9) Check your history Your past trips and available offers within the app

Important notes for the customer:

• The fare is calculated using the meter's starting price + the price per kilometer (in Egyptian pounds).

• Payment is cash with the driver — no card is currently required within the app.

• If the request is not accepted within a specified time, it will be automatically canceled, and you can try again.

For drivers (captains): Work flexibly and responsibly.

• Register as a driver and complete verification by uploading a personal photo and a copy of your national ID card.

• After management approval, activate the "Available" status to receive requests.
• Receive trip offers with strong notifications and a clear accept/reject interface.
• View trip details and contact the passenger.
• Enable navigation in Google Maps for easy access.
• Confirm the start of the trip, then confirm its completion and receive your earnings.
• Track your performance and adherence rate within the app.
• Review your trip history and special offers for drivers.

Important notes for the driver:

• When available, the app shares your location to receive nearby requests.

• It is recommended to allow location services in the background and avoid draining the battery to ensure requests are received.
