when I try to watch plays, my screen goes almost completely black. used Ai to troubleshoot but could not fix it. Creating highlight videos with multiple plays is a terrible process. The plays are numbered in the new version, but you have to switch to classic hudl to make create a highlight reel, and the plays are not numbered there. Takes FOREVER!

I recently filmed an entire opponent's game while scouting using the "capture" feature in the app, instead of just using my own camera. After the game, I checked and the video was there in "view clips." I decided to wait until I was home to upload it when wifi would be available. I inadvertently closed the app before I had a chance to upload it and the video just disappeared from my phone and is nowhere to be found. Their AI assistant had me check Gallery and various trash folders, but no luck.

Horrific UI - the app is half of what you can do on the browser. Half the time it works, the other half it doesn't. Not easy to navigate nor is it intuitive. The worst part is not having the same access to features I have with the web page. Also, when on the webpage from my phone, it will auto kick me into the app with each click. I wish HUDL didn't have such a monopoly with schools, it's gotten so lazy with its updates.
