Doesn't let me make transfers, can't even check the details of my transactions, can't see the rewards page, can't link my external account to it for easy transfers. I have installed and uninstalled but still no progress. This banking app is just straight up TRASH. I hate it. When was the last time this app was even fully updated and improved? I don't see NOTHING. Please fix all the problems I just listed. Thank you have a good day.

Check deposit system worked flawlessly on the old app, and now it doesn't work at all. Tried with flash on and off, any image I take turns all dark and isn't accepted. Also super annoying that I have to click a fingerprint icon to log in with my fingerprint. Should just automatically allow it like the last version did. Seems like we're taking several steps backwards with this new app. If the check deposit issue doesn't get resolved I may need to move to another bank since I use it all the time.

The new update to the app is HORRIBLE. It's difficult to read, transfers are harder to actually complete, the layout is trash, and the pending transactions are glitch! It shows double charges on my end, until they process, but the available amount doesn't even accurately reflect the transactions anymore! IF THE APP WASN'T BROKEN, WHY WOULD YOU CHANGE ANYTHING? Disappointed and frustrated.
