Stopped working 3 days ago. I contacted customer support and was told repeatedly there is no issue with the app and that it must be my device. Been using the same device to access this app the whole time and never had an issue. Uninstalled and reinstalled and continue to get the same error message: " system is not responding, try again later" with a red sad face. One day it worked, and then the next day it stopped working and hasn't worked since. I'm annoyed

The banking is fine, their rewards program is ridiculous!! Everytime they decide to "upgrade" or "improve", we the the consumers pay the price. The rewards program for instance, I have lost a considerable amount of points, everytime its down and never get them back. Now recently it's been down for months. When you call it's the same thing, 'we apologize for the inconvenience'. What good is having a program if it's never working. By the way if it's not broke leave alone!!

Doesn't let me make transfers, can't even check the details of my transactions, can't see the rewards page, can't link my external account to it for easy transfers. I have installed and uninstalled but still no progress. This banking app is just straight up TRASH. I hate it. When was the last time this app was even fully updated and improved? I don't see NOTHING. Please fix all the problems I just listed. Thank you have a good day.
