I have always loved Huff Post for their content, but this version of their app is supposed to prioritize the articles you see based on topics you have selected. Problem is: it doesn't work. I keep getting bombarded with mostly Entertainment articles, which I despise, despite the fact that I have checked, double checked and rechecked again that I have NOT ONE Entertainment category selected. I wasn't fond of the whole concept in the first place, but this mess is excruciating.

Love the content. Unfortunately, I have had to sign up as an app member 3 times now. It appears that the login error has been corrected since I first reported it earlier March of 2023. I give the app 4 stars to make sure the error has been completely rectified as the error happened once more but, at least I was able to login successfully.

I've been a Huffington Post reader for years. I can no longer recommend this app. The ads have become so thick and layered that it literally slows my entire phone down. I'm on a Pixel 6 Pro, a relatively new and speedy device. This app slows my phone down more than graphically intense games or any other app I use. I appreciate the need forad revenue, but something is terribly wrong when I can no longer scroll through and read content because of the ad implementation.
