suitcase feature just won't load. constantly not paying on wins and features stop working! 1.9.26. Game still doesn't award all points won. very buggy. review updated 2.28.2026. now the game won't deliver items purchased. They take your money and don't deliver product purchased! Could be a fun game if they would fix their bugs! only reply received to date is to be patient! I find that ridiculous when they don't wait to take your money! wish I could give them negative stars!

This was originally a 5 star rating. After purchasing the no-ads package, things seemed to be well. (e.i. payouts, wins, bonus games, collections, events, etc.) Played continuously for one week to obtain the "Hammer Bonus" only to find out that if you don't have exactly 6, no bonus for you. Unless you pay more. Ads are replaced by constant "PAY MORE" pop ups. Ranked tournaments are possibly the most rigged thing in the game. Shame on the devs.

If there's a technical problem with the app... and you contact Support... they will never respond to your email. the problem will NEVER get fixed! If they would respond, I would give 5 ☆ Great slots app. I like the daily challenges, but the daily Feverish Missions won't load for a few months now, so I've contacted support a couple times... they never respond.
