This mandatory upgrade is horrible!! You really missed the mark here guys. The point of a user interface is SIMPLICITY not COMPLEXITY! I primarily use BillPay and it took an hour to process 3 payments. So easy to process payments to the wrong biller, no way to confirm scheduled payments, among many other things! What a disaster. So disappointed!

Hughes is a terrible lender and their service is nonexistent. They added service fees and changed my rates after signing. Customer service does not help customers on the rare occasion they even answer. I was able to log into my account 1 time before I got restricted from accessing it and cannot get into it or interact at all with Hughes in any way besides paying my bill via third party collector.

I can't even get the app to open. I've tried several times since the the "upgrade" snd every time I get: "Alert! To safeguard your data, this application does not support debugging." There's nothing to push. No X, no OK. All I can do is go to my phone menu to close it.
