Had initial problems creating an account. Got past that. Will update once up & running with the lock. UPDATE - We use pre-programmed RF fobs. Not pleased with how it records & identifies the fobs. The fobs have a 10 digit code as an identifier, that is not how the app identifies the fobs. The app assigns a "User ##" and the only way to figure that out is to run a report. I have no way to tell who is who without collecting all the fobs again and doing it all over. If I'm using it wrong, that's on me, however, there are no instructions on how to use this app. It is all trial and error. Developers - allow the RF cards/fobs to be identified by their 6 to 10 digit codes OR allow the "User ##" to be visually verified on the app so it can be assigned and tracked.

Now works properly. With new UI is much better. But need more info on what brand compatible with the app. I have hard time finding what brand camera to connect to the app for using it with the doorlock

This last version is worse. It can not connect to the my device (fingerprint lock). It need back to old version then it works.
