Ratings and reviews

LOVE that Snag have an app now as they genuinely are my favourite retailer, however I have a couple of suggestions for app improvements. 1) At the moment, my wishlist only displays a certain number of products when I scroll down to the bottom of it, despite me having many more liked than it's showing 2) The FAQs text would be much easier to read and more accessible if it was written in black text Just wanted to provide feedback on a potential bug and accessibility!

As well as the quality in tights just never being as good as they used too the app is just almost unusable. Can't change my password because the code just logs me straight back in on chrome and doesn't redirect you to the app so I can't change it. Doesn't give you an option to change password or see your password in the settings. Literally the only thing in settings is to sign out off all accounts. The favourite function doesn't work and doesn't even visually show if it's favourited or not

Loooove this app. I've been using the website for a long time and this app is my new go-to instead!! Everything is super user-friendly, I can find what I need easily. Checkout process is quick and painless. The wishlist feature is awesome for keeping track of all the tights I want to buy come payday. 5 stars all round!
