I've never had it this worse with bulk sms, all messages are either pending or not delivered or delivered but the recipient didn't even get it. I've exhausted the chat option, nothing is done. honestly, it is a waste. And by the way, I've sent over 200 messages in different batches to different numbers, the result is thesame. I will advice if you are still hell-bent on using their platform, test with money you can overlook bc no refund or any means of getting back your money.

This app is good but recently I started experiencing some challenges. such that when sms is sent the recipient do not receive the sms but the delivery status displays delivered. initially I blamed it on network and I have repeated the same sms with several other phones numbers, yet the recipients never received the said messages. what could be the challenge?

I'll rate this app very low. How can you deduct units for messages you didn't deliver. I practically used the app to send message to a friend who was sitting right in front of me and also to my second line. The messages were flagged as delivered, yet they weren't. I have sent mails to EbulkSMS, yet nothing has been done about it. Not forgetting the constant changing of "sender's name" to a number which I don't know. I noticed here that others have complained about these same issues since 2023
