I'll rate this app very low. How can you deduct units for messages you didn't deliver. I practically used the app to send message to a friend who was sitting right in front of me and also to my second line. The messages were flagged as delivered, yet they weren't. I have sent mails to EbulkSMS, yet nothing has been done about it. Not forgetting the constant changing of "sender's name" to a number which I don't know. I noticed here that others have complained about these same issues since 2023

I discovered two (2) things from the app which you need to work on it speedily before I recommend my friends to it 1. The message delay for 24 hours before it delivered to the recipient. 2. It's a bulk message, the sender name should be the name attached to the Sender colon, but it's unfortunate when I noticed that, receiver received the message from a phone number. (Please work on that too) Thanks. I will be looking forward to get a good result from you guys

Even without DND, MTN numbers deduct 2 units. Speed of delivery is slow & some messages...in fact, a lot of messages don't get sent at all. This especially happens when multiple contacts are sent to (which is kinda the point for bulk sms), most individual messages do deliver albeit most, not all. Please improve the delivery and DND discrepancy.

But it seems there's a problem on your phone.
Could you try rebooting your phone to see if this resolves the issue?
