Just got the device and the app. After two days of no channel lists it's now appeared. I have spent significant time trying to find out what's going on with it including waiting 20 minutes on the help line before I gave up. There was an announcement on there but its wording was so vague that I, as a engineer and programmer had no idea what it was referring to. Humax, it's time to have a status page on your website.

Unbelievably, this app is getting WORSE. I too can no longer see scheduled recordings. Once fixed, an option to cancel these from the app would be helpful. Sadly, the EPG channel list is still nothing like the actual channels available - limiting the number of channels that can be recorded remotely. Humax seems to have no interest in either the Aura or this app despite still selling the unit. AVOID.

Needs bug fixes and updates- used to function fine and the schedule would load. Now, if I try to see what's on the schedule via the app, it won't load anything. When selecting items to record via the app, it hangs, doesn't set to record and comes up with a conflict message. This has occurred in the last 3 months and nothing has altered in my set up. Deeply annoying to no longer rely on the app and have to use the Humax box itself.
