Unreliable and horrible is an understatement. Even after booking in advance with drivers reserved/assigned ,there will be last minute cancellation 2 mins before trip time. They feel they are doing a free service to mankind...and customer support??? The only word to describe that is "ZERO " Their cancellation score for me: 3 in 5 days.

you don't get a driver when needed. major problem if you want to book drivee after 5pm drivers are not available they ask you to schedule for 1 hr later once you do that then at the same time it gets cancelled without asking you. No transparency are there of charges once you book then you come to know what are the charges only if you scroll down n check from your end. Drive u don't notify you please note. Charges will be seen for pick up n drop no extra charges are shown

Do not trust them. They confirm your booking, but then they will cancel it at the last minute. This appears to be a convenient strategy for them: by confirming your booking, they prevent you from arranging a driver through another agency. When they eventually cancel at the last minute, other agencies may also require time to arrange an alternative driver, leaving you stranded. What is even more frustrating is their shameless customer support. They simply respond, “
