Users can securely log in to view all complaints assigned to them, including detailed information and images uploaded by the complaint creator. Each complaint can be reviewed individually, allowing workers to understand the issue before taking action.

To complete a task, users can upload images or videos as proof of work and add notes describing the resolution. At least one image or video is required to ensure proper documentation. Once completed, tasks can be marked as done and are automatically saved in the history section for future reference.
