unfortunately this app no longer works on my phone. Found this very frustrating. something about an unlocked operating system..... Thanks for your assistance...... have updated to the latest app version and still no luck. Not sure what's happened as it worked a few weeks ago. will just have to use chrome and log in that way.... I appreciate your help.

Good app i use for most things but it absolutely needs a before and after balance feature (ROLLING BALANCES) on withdrawals and deposits like the other big players have. This helps so much more to keep track of spending and or backtracking transactions, some which may be of a suspicious nature. Please look into this as all my other banking apps have it but I prefer using Hume as my main goto. Edit: Hello again Hume Bank! Are you going to consider this feature? Please add it. Simple enhancement.

Miss the old one, easy to work around and simple to learn. Since the updated version, I've logged into my account once and no more than that. Always being told there's an unknown error or it just doesn't load at all. I rely heavily on being able to access my account to transfer payments like my rent and bills and have not been able to do so since the app updated. I'm now going to have to resort to finding time in my busy work week to head to my bank to do any transfers. Leave things alone!
