One of the worst streaming apps I've ever used. Casting no longer works even though I have Chromecast. Either the Chromecast option is greyed out, OR if I'm able to select it, it'll just load a blank screen on my TV and freeze. App has high latency. Availability of non-Simplified Captions is hit or miss. Often has problems loading the videos even though my WiFi is just fine and forces me to downgrade to 720p. So much more. Compared to big streaming apps like Netflix, this one sucks.

Don't even bother, it's easier to watch their content on YouTube. It is impossible to find any of the older shows. I wanted to watch season two of Sisters Who Make Waves but the search engine is so bad. The app auto translates the titles but most of them get shortened to just one word. So it is impossible to find anything on there. Edit: I've decided to re rate the app as I've finally been able to find the show I wanted. The search function is hard to use but ultimately the app works.

The app has good movies, but the service needs improvement, especially considering that it is a paid service. I subscribed through my phone and used the same email on my TV, yet I’m unable to access the VIP features on the TV with the same account. When I try to watch on my TV using the app on my phone, there are no subtitles. Additionally, if I navigate using the TV remote while streaming from the phone, the movie stops playing. I regret subscribing for three months to the Premium VIP service,
