Terrible app .searches are inconsistent .I don't feel that library is good. After an year this app still sucks. It got renewed by mistake and I can't get my money back . terrible experience. U claim that u have a huge collection but that's not true can anyone talk to me from ur support team and I can show how ur app behaves. I am typing the right stuff. It doesn't work . Do u want screenshots. How to reach out to the support team.

I have also purchased the yearly subscription and when I am login in my ipad the OTP is not coming on my registered mobile number, tried everything like restart the phone and ipad too. call customer care no one picked, sent mail also to support team. but still facing the issue. please process the refund as I am not able to login itself.

Completely disappointed. I have taken subscription, the money got deducted but the plan is not activated. I have contacted them through WhatsApp and mail but still didn't get any reply from them
