Needs loads of improvement, I tried to order food from a restaurant thru diz app, it showed msg like restaurant is busy, when I personally checked in to that restaurant there was no such thing, it wasnt busy over there. It happened with me for 3 to 4 restaurants. You guys should also try to hire delivery persons, coz, compared to other food delivery apps, Hungrykart is taking more time to deliver food, I can even say by the time the food gets delivered food will not be hot, try to improve guys.

The experience has been great overall. One feature that they could probably try and implement is - confirming an order only after the restaurant confirms that all the items in the cart are available.

Worst service, the provide offers and accept your order but it never gets deliverd. I have waited for 2hr even then i didn't received my order. The help and support also dosent responds to any thing. And the helpline humber is also useless the don't pick it up. The most worst service i have ever experienced. If the had stars below 1 i would have liked to give it.
