KidsLog is an automated record-keeping app for daycare and kindergarten teachers that automatically generates everything from daily notices and childcare logs to observation logs and developmental assessments.
■ Just Upload Photos and You're Done
Upload photos of your children, and they will be automatically sorted by child using facial recognition! The sorted photos are organized into folders for each child in your phone's gallery. If photos of twins or siblings are grouped together as one child, simply move them to another child's folder, and they will be recognized separately from then on.
■ Automatic Creation of Daily Notices and Childcare Logs
Upload photos or briefly enter today's activities, and the AI will write the daily notice. Easily complete class childcare logs with your daily records. You can also write and save them manually without the AI.
■ Draft Record Documents
We create drafts for observation logs, developmental assessments, adaptation logs, and counseling logs all at once.
■ Play Plans
We provide monthly childcare plans based on the 2024 Revised Standard Childcare Curriculum and a feature to find play activities by theme.
■ Nap Music (NEW)
Play calming music for nap time directly within the app. It repeats seamlessly until paused, and continues even when the screen is off. There is also an auto-turn-off option for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
■ Catch up on backlogs all at once
You can select past dates to write notices and childcare logs.
■ Privacy Protection
· Face data is used solely for the purpose of classifying photos by child.
· Original child photos are deleted immediately after a notice is created, while photos not used for creating a notice are automatically deleted 7 days after upload.
· Information required for AI creation is entrusted to an AI processing company (Anthropic) and is not used for AI training.
· Please upload child photos after obtaining consent from the parent (legal guardian).
Please ensure that notices and logs created by the AI are reviewed by a teacher before use.
