About this app

Hunt Intel is a field-built hunting stand and predator-scouting companion designed for serious outdoorsmen who want fast, offline access to stand-level intelligence without social accounts, cloud dependencies, or data harvesting.

The app allows users to mark and save hunting stand locations, log real-time environmental conditions, and attach photos to individual stands. All data is stored locally on the device and never transmitted off-device unless the user manually exports it. No data is sold, shared automatically, or sent to third-party services for analytics, advertising, or tracking.

Data that can be logged per stand includes weather conditions, wind speed and direction, temperature, barometric pressure, humidity, moon phase, time on stand, and the specific predator call sounds played during the session. The app also supports exporting dropped pins and stand logs so users can back up or overlay their own intel on external maps or personal storage, entirely by user initiation.

Hunt Intel does not require users to create an account and does not support login with accounts created outside the app. The app does not request or collect personal identifiers such as email addresses, phone numbers, device IDs, financial data, messages, contacts, or browsing history. Optional permissions are only requested when the user activates specific features, such as selecting photos for stand logs or using location services to mark a stand.

For photos, Hunt Intel accesses gallery infrequently and only to let users attach images to a stand log. These images are not uploaded or processed remotely. Photo selection is entirely user-controlled.

Location permissions are used only to mark stand locations on a map or attach location metadata to a stand log. Users can choose approximate or precise location when prompted by the device. This data is not shared off-device.

Security is built into the workflow by design. Since data remains local, encryption in transit is not applied. The user maintains full control of their intel. All stored data can be permanently deleted by clearing stands in-app, deleting attached images manually, or uninstalling the app.

The app interface is purpose-built for outdoor use, featuring high-contrast themes, large square text buttons with generous spacing to prevent accidental touches, and a minimal, fast-access design.
