Huphi Community connects residents, trustees, managing agents and security in sectional title schemes and estates across.

FOR RESIDENTS AND OWNERS
• Levies: view your levy statement, balance and receipts, download it as a PDF or have it emailed to you
• Pay online: pay levies securely through PayFast. Huphi Community never sees your card details
• Notices: read community notices and acknowledge the ones that need it
• Meetings and AGMs: RSVP, read the meeting pack, nominate a proxy and vote on resolutions electronically
• Maintenance and complaints: report issues and follow their progress
• Visitors: create visitor invitations with a one-time PIN and QR code, and share them in seconds
• Inspections: see the results of inspections on your unit
• SOS: raise a panic alert that goes straight to your estate's security team

FOR TRUSTEES AND MANAGING AGENTS
• Triage maintenance requests, quotations and complaints
• Run unit and common-property inspections with photos, and raise corrective actions
