Not good on the app. While I am able to login on my laptop or desktop, the app does not. After typing in u/p, I'd get sent back to the login page even though my u/p is correct. I have tried both uninstalling app + resetting password multiple times. I can ONLY login to the app if I call tech support to help me. It is exceedingly frustrating that I cannot use part of the service I've paid for UNLESS I call for tech support. Please fix app.

I absolutely love using Hurst to review as I'm getting ready to take my test. However, the app crashes, doesn't log my questions, and at times won't let me log in at all. It's supposed be an easy way to access this when we aren't able to have our laptops. When I called customer service, the lady was very rude when I was trying to explain the situation. Please work on fixing this for future nurses because I absolutely love the content. Access is just limited.

The app works sometimes and then other times it will completely kick you out. Sometimes it will not even log in will keep going back to the sign in screen. There are times there are where you listen to the video on the app and it will not show completed and so you have to listen to it again or restart it. I have uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it in hopes that that would fix the issue but I still have challenges. It works 50/50 and is more of an inconvenience than help
