Ratings and reviews

The app works sometimes and then other times it will completely kick you out. Sometimes it will not even log in will keep going back to the sign in screen. There are times there are where you listen to the video on the app and it will not show completed and so you have to listen to it again or restart it. I have uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it in hopes that that would fix the issue but I still have challenges. It works 50/50 and is more of an inconvenience than help

this app stinks! I can't believe I have paid HUNDREDS of dollars for this! I can't log in half of the time. I get an "expired page" message. The questions take forever to load and then when I answer and hit next, I get the spinny wheel of death! I have to close the app and reopen it but then I don't get to see the rationales. This app needs immediate improvement.
