Turn every screen into a Korean lesson. Lockademy displays one Korean word every time you turn on your phone—read it, memorize it, swipe it. No apps to open, no special time to set aside: the moment you already spend unlocking your phone turns into dozens of micro-lessons every day.

The app's sole purpose is to learn Korean on your lock screen. Everything else—the word explorer, statistics, quizzes, and settings—exists solely to organize and track the learning experience on that lock screen.

HOW IT WORKS
• Turn on your screen—a Korean word card appears
• Tap to reveal the meaning, example sentences, synonyms, and antonyms
• Mark "I know this" or "Show again"—smart repetition takes care of the rest
• Want to know more? Tap Ask AI to explore the word in Google AI Mode—nuance, cultural context, and related expressions (regular Google search if AI Mode isn't available)
• Unlock as usual. The card never blocks your PIN, pattern, or fingerprint.

CAN'T READ HANGUL YET? START FROM ZERO
Can't read Korean yet? The built-in 한글 course teaches its own alphabet: each vowel and consonant comes with mnemonics and audio, step-by-step syllable construction (ㅎ + ㅏ + ㄴ = 한), batchim (final consonants), and the actual pronunciation rule — 합니다 is pronounced "hamnida," and the card shows you why. Select "I can't read Hangul yet" when you first open the app and you'll start right there.

SMART REPETITION THAT NEVER FORGET
Leitner's spaced repetition brings back each word just before you forget it: 1 hour → 1 day → 3 days → 7 days → 30 days. Words you've mastered go backward; words you've messed up return more quickly. Your progress streak and statistics keep you motivated.

QUIZ MODE
Flip the card to Quiz and choose the correct meaning from four options. Immediate feedback, hints, and quiz accuracy statistics help you surpass it. In the 한글 course, quizzes actually practice letters: construct syllables from their parts and match each letter to its sound.

20,000 TOPIC WORDS
Vocabulary is curated from the National Korean Language Institute's learner's word list and the public TOPIK guide, covering every level from beginner to advanced (TOPIK 1–6). Each word includes romanization, part of speech, natural example sentences, and synonyms/antonyms. Browse the entire word list, search, and mark words as favorites for future reference.
