Turn every time you unlock your screen into a Korean language lesson. The lock screen Korean lesson app displays one Korean word each time you unlock your phone. Read it, memorize it, and swipe on. No need to open an app or dedicate extra time. The time you already spend unlocking your phone becomes dozens of short lessons a day.

The sole purpose of this app is to teach Korean on your lock screen. Everything else—the word browser, statistics, quizzes, and settings—is only for configuring and tracking your lock screen learning experience.

How it works:
• Unlock your screen. A Korean word card will appear.
• Tap to reveal the meaning, example sentences, synonyms, and antonyms.
• Choose "I know this word" or "Show again." The intelligent review system handles the rest.
• Want to know more? Tap "Ask AI" to explore the word on Google AI Mode for detailed meanings, cultural context, and related expressions. (Use regular Google search where AI Mode isn't available.)
• Unlock as usual. The card never blocks your PIN, pattern, or fingerprint.

Still can't read Hangul? Start from scratch.
Still can't read Korean? The built-in Hangul course will teach you the alphabet from the beginning. Every vowel and consonant comes with a mnemonic. Step-by-step syllable formation (ㅎ + ㅏ + ㄴ = 한), final consonants (batshim), and actual pronunciation rules, such as 합니다 pronounced "hamnida," with explanations on the cards. Select "I still can't read Hangul" when you first open the app and start from there.

Smart Review for Unforgettable Memories
Leitner's spaced review brings each word back just before you forget it: 1 hour → 1 day → 3 days → 7 days → 30 days. Words you already know move further away, while words you got wrong return faster. Streak and progress statistics keep you motivated.

Quiz Mode
Flip a card to the quiz and choose the correct meaning from four options. Instant feedback, hints, and quiz accuracy statistics help you master the concept. In the Hangul course, the quiz will practice the alphabet instead. By constructing syllables from their constituent parts and matching each letter to its sound.

20,000 TOPIK Vocabulary Words
The vocabulary is curated from the National Institute of Korean Language's learner's vocabulary list and public TOPIK guidelines, covering all levels from beginner to advanced (TOPIK 1–6). Each word comes with Roman pronunciation, part of speech, natural example sentences, and synonyms/antonyms. Browse the entire word list, search, and set favorite words for later review.
