Vego Inventory helps retail teams manage inventory with greater accuracy, visibility, and control from the sales floor, stockroom, or receiving area.

Built to work alongside the Vego Inventory web application, the mobile app gives teams a practical way to complete daily inventory tasks without being tied to a desktop. Users can receive purchase orders, reconcile stock counts, scan UPCs, review item details, and keep inventory activity moving across the organization.

With mobile order receiving, teams can quickly validate incoming products against active purchase orders and capture accurate receiving activity at the location level. This helps reduce manual entry, improves accountability, and keeps stock levels aligned as products arrive.

For stock reconciliation, Vego Inventory provides a streamlined way to count and update inventory from the floor. Teams can scan or enter UPCs, review product information, and complete reconciliation workflows designed to support cleaner inventory data and better reporting.

The app also includes offline capabilities, allowing users to continue scanning and completing work even when a connection is limited or unavailable. Once connectivity is restored, activity can be synced back into the Vego Inventory platform so inventory data remains consistent across the mobile app and web application.
