The hotel chatbot is okay and manages standard guest requests, though it can be a bit buggy at times. I would appreciate more control over the types of requests it can process—specifically, the ability to add, remove, or limit certain options. While it’s a decent tool overall, some added flexibility and stability would make it much more useful for hotel operations.

They just pushed out an update and of course it has a bug, once you say you're offline, the app doesn't care sends you notifications regardless. this was an issue on the previous version they had corrected.
