Discounts don't apply to order. I received an email for 50% off of pizzas. I followed the directions in the email. "Start an online order and at Cart, select a Reward from the Rewards menu to apply to your order." I followed the directions exactly. The reward (50% off pizzas with minimum $15 purchase) showed in my cart, BUT I was still charged FULL PRICE for both pizzas in the order. Not only did the promo not apply to my order, but it's also no longer an option in my account for a future try

The ability to build your own pizza is great. The vegan and vegetarian options are great. 5 stars for that. However, your rewards system is not good. I emailed headquarters, no answer. Your new app, doesn't work. The cards for the rewards don't work, if the app doesn't work! There is no way to contact any person in charge of your tech support. The staff tries to help but they can't even do it. This is a Las Vegas location. This is a hot mess! Fix IT!!!! or get rid of the rewards or be transparent and help the customers by responding to the emails or text messages.

UPDATE: It looks like all my missing reward points showed up after this update. I used the app for another purchase and it worked pretty smoothly. I tried to invite a friend, and it said my invite code "has already been used," which seems broken. I was able to use my reward with no problem. Also kinda weird that it takes up to an hour for rewards to show up on your account.
