ShiftBell is a shift work alarm and shift schedule calendar for anyone on rotating shifts, night shifts, or a repeating work schedule. Enter your shift pattern once and your alarms ring automatically on the days you work, with your roster filled in on the calendar. No sign-up needed.

Q. How do I set alarms for a 3-shift rotation?
Create your shifts (for example Day, Night, Off), set alarms for each, and ShiftBell rings them on the matching days.
Q. Can I set night shift alarms?
Yes. For a night shift you can create alarms on the shift day, the day before, or the day after, so you can wake up in time to get ready.
Q. Can it handle a nurse duty roster (day, evening, night, off)?
Create your own shift names and colors and your roster shows at a glance on the calendar. The full team schedule lets you see other teams too.
Q. Does it work for irregular schedules that change every month?
Yes. Long-press a date to assign a shift, and alarms are created for the shifts you set.
Q. What if my schedule changes?
Long-press the date on the calendar and pick a new shift. Alarms for that day are recalculated.
Q. How are monthly work hours and overtime calculated?
Enter clock-in and clock-out times for each shift and weekly and monthly work hours are calculated automatically. Log overtime by date and it is added in.
Q. What happens when I get a new phone?
Load your backup file on the new phone and your schedule and alarms carry over. (Android 10 or later)
Q. My alarm didn't ring. What should I check?
Allow exact alarms, notifications, and display over other apps for ShiftBell in phone settings, and turn off battery optimization for the app. The in-app Help has step-by-step tips.
