About this app

Deckloud is an independent Android app for Nextcloud Deck. It opens the boards you already have on your Nextcloud server.

It works offline too. Your changes wait on your phone and sync when you are back online.

Two ways to start
• Your own server: sign in on your server's login page in the browser. Deckloud syncs directly with your server, with no Deckloud relay in between.
• Deckloud Cloud: a free workspace that Deckloud hosts, if you have no Nextcloud server. No email or password, 250 MB, up to 3 devices. Backups are encrypted, but the content is not end-to-end encrypted.

Capture cards quickly
• Quick Capture reads dates, #labels, and @names. "tomorrow 3pm #marketing @mia" fills in the due date, label, and person.
• Paste, dictate, or photograph a list, and Smart Capture turns it into cards on your phone.
• Share text, links, photos, or PDFs from other apps into Quick Capture.

Plan and work
• Today lists your due, overdue, and assigned cards, with a month calendar.
• Focus runs a timed session of 10, 25, or 45 minutes on one card.
• The Gantt timeline shows dated cards as bars you can drag.
• Boards show one section per page. Swipe between sections, or switch to a list.
• Set dates, labels, assignees, and reminders. Add comments, attachments, and checklists.
• Repeating cards come back on a schedule that is saved in your Nextcloud.
• Team shows each person's open cards and a weekly report.
• Search all boards, start boards from templates, and import or export Deck JSON. Boards also export as CSV.

Free and Pro
Free covers everything above, limited to one active reminder, one repeating card, your own cards in Team, and two accounts. Each month, each phone gets 10 Quick Captures and 3 Focus sessions. One Smart Capture of up to 5 cards counts as one capture.

Deckloud Pro comes as a one-time purchase, or as a yearly or monthly subscription, on Google Play. It removes the free limits and adds:
• Smart Capture of up to 20 cards at a time
• Up to 64 reminders and 100 repeating cards
• Everyone's cards and the team's weekly report in Team
• Today across all your saved accounts, and more than two accounts
• Pro in the Deckloud desktop app, with a one-time code

Pro bought on Google Play does not unlock the iPhone and iPad app. Deckloud Cloud does not include Pro. If your organization has a Deckloud license for its Nextcloud, Pro turns on for the people it covers.

Privacy
Deckloud has no ads and no ad tracking. Usage analytics are optional, and you can turn them off in Settings. Smart Capture reads photos and speech on your phone.

Requirements
• A phone with Android 7.0 or later
• For your own server: Nextcloud with the Deck app. Full editing needs Deck 1.6 or later.
• Deckloud verifies the maintained Nextcloud releases, currently 33 to 35.
• Dictation needs on-device speech recognition, which some phones lack.

Deckloud also runs on iPhone, iPad, Mac (Apple Silicon), Windows, and Linux: deckloud.com. The app is available in more than 70 languages.

Deckloud is independent and not affiliated with Nextcloud GmbH. Nextcloud is a trademark of Nextcloud GmbH.

What’s new

Pro now also comes as a yearly or monthly subscription, next to the one-time purchase. Each includes the Deckloud desktop app. Pro you already bought stays yours. On Nextcloud Deck 1.19.1 and later, a new card goes to the top or the bottom of its list, as set in Deck. A card you create or move into a list that someone else deleted goes to Recovery instead of disappearing.
