The Field Operations Monitoring and Management Information System is designed to support the operations, supervision, and auditing of personnel. It comprises a system for identity verification and access control, real-time GPS tracking of personnel locations, video and audio recording from surveillance cameras, and a system for storing and retrieving historical data.

The system displays the locations of personnel, body cameras, and patrol vehicles on a digital map, along with historical movement records. It links location data, date, time, and task information to enable efficient monitoring and auditing.

Furthermore, the system supports the recording and storage of video, audio, and other evidence from field operations. Historical data can be searched and retrieved by date, time, personnel, or related task, and can be used as evidence for audits, performance evaluations, or other operational procedures.

The system ensures data security through identity verification, access control, audit logging, and secure network communication (HTTPS). It also includes a mobile application alert system when personnel leave designated work areas, enhancing the overall efficiency of field operations management and control.
