Hybrinomics LIMS is the official mobile companion to the Hybrinomics Laboratory Information Management System, used by Hybrinomics Life Science & Diagnostics and partner accredited laboratories.
Built for lab technologists, pathologists, collection-center staff, drivers and referring doctors, it brings the most-used LIMS workflows to your phone with secure, role-based access.
KEY FEATURES
• Patient lookup & reports — search patients, view case history, open and securely share finalized reports.
• Sample tracking — scan tube, slide and block QR/barcodes; follow each sample through every processing stage.
• Lab bench — accept/reject samples, enter and submit results, track turnaround.
• Grossing station — guided histopathology grossing worksheets, cassette/block creation with printable labels, and scan-to-confirm of each processing step.
• Reagent inventory (LabStock) — scan a reagent to record usage with FEFO control, plus expiry and low-stock alerts.
• Biobank — store and retrieve samples and log cold-chain temperatures.
• NABL quality — daily equipment temperature logs, checklists, maintenance records and non-conformance reporting.
• Logistics — driver shifts with GPS, sample pickups with proof-of-delivery, fleet management, and a live tracking map so coordinators and centers can see pickups in real time.
• Doctor portal — review and authorize pending reports.
• Collection-center module — register patients and track sample status from a branch.
