Greatly improved app now. Depends on your ISP and how old your phone is, perhaps not enough data to load the app? Once signed in, don't sign out - in this way,to report power outage is easy.Easy to see your power consumption, payments and payment history, wattage spent per day, month or year. this app sucks ! I usually get notified when my bill is ready. I pay always on time but for some reason it says I had 3 cents that I didn't pay and never got a notification for it and now it's considered a late payment! why was there no notification? I only knew about it cause I got an email to check my winter used hydro

Now you can no longer report outages, so what's the point of the app? Map is inaccurate. Doesn't show the same thing as on their website. It doesn't respond when you actually need it to work (ie yesterday when we lost power). Received "map is unavailable ..." Numerous times. Also, simply won't load at all on many occasions. Can't report an outage and receive "Technical Issue" error, then why have the app?! Constant "an unknown error has occurred".
