About this game

HyperWords is a German learning app built around the exam and the grammar that actually stop people.

Einbürgerungstest and Leben in Deutschland
All 460 official BAMF questions are included, the 300 general ones plus the 10 for each of the 16 Bundesländer. Choose your state once and a practice run works like the real thing: 33 questions, 60 minutes, 17 correct to pass. Nothing is revealed while you answer. Afterwards your mistakes come first, and every question opens into a full review showing the correct answer.

The part of German nobody guesses their way through. 597 nouns with their articles, taken from the official Goethe A1 and A2 word lists. Three buttons, and the answer straight away. Words you keep missing come back sooner.

Vocabulary and verbs
- Basics: A1, A2 and B1 word lists, first 50 words free per level
- Hangman: guess German verbs letter by letter across eight grammar categories
- Learn: spaced repetition that pulls up whatever you got wrong recently
