A total disaster with my first time using the apps. Perhaps it will take another year before this apps is functioning properly. Too bad that due to lacking of application testing, user like me have to experience a very poor online booking system, from stock not updated properly, till cancellation that have to wait for several working days to get refund (due to no stock in store).

i installed it, try to use it and I uninstall it. After I open the app I only get as far as choose a store, input my address only to be responded with an apology for not having any store near by when I know very well there is one. What's the point of shopping online if the store is in a walking distance or only a short drive away? I assumed that was the problem, because there is a store with in 30 min drive (with congested trafic)

It was my first time experience using Hypermart Online. I did not have high expectation at first. What impressed me is the delivery time. I ordered at noon around 2 pm and by 4 pm I already have the stuffs delivered in front of my door. It is highly convenient as since the Covid-19 outbreak I mostly stay at home. Satisfied with my first experience, I already make a plan to use this apps weekly for grocery shopping. Thanks Hypermart, you are a life saver!
