I'm all for the idea but I agree with other users that for it to work for me, I need to be able to network with strangers. I'd personally be willing to let Hytch do a background check to keep things safe. It would be helpful to be able to rate/report both drivers and passenger, again for safety. I'd love to be able to open Hytch, type in a beginning and ending location and see nearby travelers (whether drivers or passengers) planning to head the same direction at roughly the same time. Thanx!!

I love the concept. The first couple times it worked great, then they updated the app. Now it drops constantly, ends the ride, says Bluetooth is disconnected when it isn't, and shouldn't have anything to do with the app. My fellow Hytch riders are having the same issues. We ride the train to/from work so we're daily users. I'm ready to give up on it.

I have been using this app for a while and first I got to $60 and I lost it. Never got to claim it, it shows that I earned it but all I have now is $4.39 and it has said that for months despite the fact I ride a bus and Hutch with s friend every time she rides. I got the idea that maybe I need to remove and reinstall the program. Boy was that a mistake! Now it will open and then immediately close. I've sent a few responses. I'm just frustrated. The concept is a great idea IF it actually worked
