I have wasted over 2 hours attempting to connect my doorbell camera with the "upgraded" software. There is no instruction if the light is alternating red and blue. I also had a solid red. I had to open, disconnect, and totally re-start the installation. Same result... System seems to work fine with the old software re-installed. Hope they take a look at the ratings for this. Never a good idea to release without thorough testing.

Everything works great except there is no option to record once the motion sensor is set off. It only takes a picture which is kind of useless if someone is sneaking around my yard trying to steal something. Otherwise this app and product are great, no other issues whatsoever. I would give it 5stars otherwise but the only reason I bought this is the only thing it does NOT do..

Every since they updated (stripped) the original app from Notifi to HZconnect, I have had nothing but problems. I no longer get video (now you have to pay extra for it), the InfaRed stopped working and my Icon dissappered. It no longer is useful as security tool. It is basially just a camera now as nothing else works!
