An account from BYS LLC/OMB appeared on my credit report that I NEVER opened, authorized, or had any knowledge of. I contacted them to get this resolved, but instead of addressing the issue, I keep being asked for information about an account I know nothing about. How am I supposed to provide details for an account I never opened? I need someone to actually investigate how this account became associated with my information and correct the issue instead of repeatedly asking unanswerable question

Closed my account over 4 months ago and still have not received my refund of money that I put into the account.
