there is a problem with this app. while logging in it gets logged in and while scrolling through the app it closes automatically. I thought there might be a problem with my mobile. I restarted it multiple times but still the same problem. doesn't happen with other apps. this never happened earlier when I used this app.

Unable to login/ sign-in after recent update. Following the recent app update, the on-screen keyboard completely fails to pop up when tapping on the User ID, Password, input fields on the login window. The fields appear frozen and do not accept any touch or text inputs.I have already tried standard troubleshooting steps, including completely uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as well as clearing the system cache, but the problem persists. The keyboard works perfectly in all other apps

App stopped allowing login on the OnePlus 7 Pro with Android 12. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No-Go. A grey smoke screen comes up when attempting to login and doesn't take key inputs.
