The worst banking App,I have encountered. Even after multiple login attempt ,being directed to home page. My investment details are not being reflected even after lapse of more than one week time. The banks excecutive also failed to address the issue. The customer Support team is also not able to solve the issue. Hopeless bank and it's Hopeless IT Department. Worst than a Sarkari Department App.Don't trust their sweet words. They will siphon your money and will leave you of Nowhere.

Good thing, they did listen and introduced 'manage SIP' link. Upgrading rating to 4 accordingly Very unfriendly interface. Surprised that for a MF app, you can't even see your SIP list or easily edit it. Definitely need to improve and make it user friendly - have already shared concern on email, let's hope they improve in next version

difficult to find cart, once we put fund in cart and search for other fund to put in cart ...1st fund from cart get disappeared, finally when ready to place order from cart ... payment gateway get stuck please see how beautifully smoothly SBI app is working but with icici same issue with online fund purchase and app is also not reliable... please improve
