I have been facing this frustrating login issue for almost a year. Every time I open the app, I have to enter my Login ID, password and OTP, after which I am asked to set up MPIN or Biometric login. Although the setup is successful, the next time I log in, these options are unavailable and the entire process starts again. I have raised this issue several times, but it remains unresolved. Please investigate and provide a permanent solution.

The app has silly Hand icons. please remove them. Use the real estate well so that portfolio and the underlying investments can be clearly seen at a glance without scrolling double clicking etc. Integrate the iSIF section seamlessly. Make your UI look, feel and glow consistent with iMobile or securities app. Poor UX.

Very very poor UI. need to highly improve the user features. When using of key board, the key pad opens by slowly moving upward to put any value. Very very pathetic to use. I never expect such from a brand like ICICI. They should improve after using by ownself.
