i-BLADES is the maker of the World's First Smartcases. These are cases designed to increase the features and functions of your phone with Smart technology and snap-on Smartblades.

The i-BLADES SmartApp is an application that must be used with i-BLADES Smartcases. It is not for general use and requires an i-BLADES Smartcase to function. It is an application that enables users to manage the features and functions of their Smartcases and Smartblades.

The i-BLADES SmartApp should be downloaded on purchase of your i-BLADES Smartcase.

Through the SmartApp you can:

1) Manage Smartblade charging of your phone
See information about your phone's battery. Determine when you want to charge your phone's battery using the snap-on Smartblade, either manually or automatically through the applications auto-charge feature. The auto-charge feature is an efficient way to maintain the longer term battery life of your smartphone.

2) Transfer files from phone to your Smartblade
Quickly free up phone memory space by transferring (copying and moving) Phone images, videos and data to Smartblade storage. You can copy from Smartblade to PC wirelessly with file transfer.

3) Monitor air quality with the built-in Environmental Sensor
Turn on and off the EnviroSensor for air quality readings based around Volatile Organic Compounds( VOC's) as well as view historical data on VOCs, temperature, humidity and air pressure.

Please note on downloading the app you need to accept USB permissions as the Smartcase is a USB device. There will be several initial permissions to accept.

Does not work with Pixel 5 anymore. I have a few cases that I rotate out regularly, i-blades with envirosensor being one of them. I hadn't used this case since last year and it worked perfectly then. I keep it in the original box when not in use. Now, I have to work with it to even get it to mount, and when it does, the air quality sensor does not work. I've looked up fixes/troubleshoot and the best I can come up with is the app is no longer compatible. Will not standby, either. Useless now.

Junk. Absolute junk. No refunds. Fantastic idea; terrible execution I got this as a battery case, but it is so buggy. The case won't mount if the blade is connected even after toggling the switch. The metal attachment points come off the wallet case. The blade feels like the battery, or something, is just loose and clonking around. I really wanted this to work, but this company is non-responsive and the product is not well thought out. Update: even the case won't connect. DO NOT BUY!! Junk!!!

Just like everyone one else Ive waited a little over 6 months to get the case. Finally got it and thought everything was going to be good. It wasnt. The case itself unmounts itself from the phone storage. Then when the iblade is attached it never mounts to the phone storage and the charging doesnt work. Phone says "check charging cable". After the headache of actually getting the case I dont even want a replacement. Just a refund. Sucks cause this is really a good idea but poor execution.
