This game is aimed at kids. it was great until it was updated to prey on them. It used to only play ads in between games. Now it constantly pops them up during the game in the aame areas that the game requires you to click. Some of the ads are in appropriate. I have to delete now that greed finally ruined this one.

Excellent game. We already bought a couple of other games from this developer (Robots and Dinosaurs) so we knew it would be awesome. My daughter loves making the kids healthy and she is learning about the body in the process. When she got her blood drawn recently, she said "Thank You" like in the game through her tears :) Great sounds and visuals and gameplay like their other games. I have searched for similar robot, dinosaur and doctor games for preschoolers and none come close to these.

I love this app so much the last time I remember it,I was in grade 2 or 3 it was free of charge but now it wants us to pay R6'99 , just to help others I don't agree with that and I'm not happy
