La Vigna di Sarah is a young and sparkling winery that reflects a land of a thousand colors and scents, caressed by the sun and the wind.

La Vigna di Sarah is an expression of its production areas: Prosecco takes its name from the hills of Rive di Cozzuolo; Colle 170 above sea level from the hill of Carpesica; Borgo Luna refers to the village of Col di Luna, where my farm is located. Grappoli di Luna, on the other hand, is my innovative product, the only prosecco harvested at night. At night because the temperature is lower than during the day and in recent years the glera, the vine from which Prosecco is produced, is also harvested at the end of August, when temperatures are still very high, risking premature fermentation. The main reason, however, is the desire to study the effects of the moon on the finished product, since the moon has effects on man, on the tides, on pruning and why not on the harvest ?!
