HourSift is a calendar timesheet app that turns work already recorded in your device calendars into reviewed billable hours and client-ready PDF or CSV timesheets—without running a timer or changing the original calendar events.

CALENDAR TO TIMESHEET
Choose the calendars and billing period to review. Create clients and optional projects with a rate, currency and rounding rule, then map each event to the right client and project.

REVIEW BEFORE YOU BILL
Compare original and billable time for every event. Resolve missing mappings, overlaps, changed events and previous-export warnings. Include or exclude entries and edit the timesheet description without editing the source calendar event.

EXPORT PDF OR CSV
Preview one reviewed draft, then create a client-ready PDF or spreadsheet-friendly CSV with matching totals. Save or share with Android system tools and keep completed exports in local history.

PRIVATE, LOCAL PROCESSING
No account, backend, developer analytics, tracking or AI. Optional ads use SDK-required technical data after consent; calendar contents and calculations are not sent to the developer. HourSift never creates, edits or deletes calendar events.
