Connect Caju is a mobile application designed to digitize and streamline activities within almond value chains in Mozambique. Its main objectives are, among others, (1) Digitize key activities in the cashew industry, including cashew nut marketing monitoring, plantation monitoring, cashew seedling management and integrated cashew management, among others ; (2) help technicians and extensionists provide technical assistance to cashew producers in real time.
The application allows users to be identified by their province and district of residence, analyzes user performance, and specifies resource entitlements based on the user's location. Connect Caju prioritizes user privacy and implements multiple security measures to protect user information, serving as a comprehensive digital solution for the Mozambican cashew industry.
