VOICES is a civic engagement platform designed to support the I Am Vocal movement in gathering, mapping, and analyzing citizen-reported issues. It empowers individuals to report problems affecting their communities—such as civic rights, gender equality, security, employment, environmental concerns, and more.

Once submitted, reports are categorized into broad themes and used to drive meaningful action. These actions may be academic (research and public education), political (policy advocacy and reform), or economic (aid and reform campaigns).

The platform also serves as a data repository that uses sentiment analysis to understand community perspectives, enabling evidence-based responses and long-term impact.
