Ratings and reviews

I doubt anyone would use this app if not forced to. Entering the pool is a hassle if you have more than one person. Lots of toggling between menus to buy an extra pass, then lots of toggling to find it later. They should just go back to using $1 coins or MRT card. Much easier and far more convenient. This app is very complicated solution to a very basic problem.

Forgot my Singpass phone, forgot password and unable to reset password. When I click reset an email was sent to access a link, fill in info n brought me to login page without option to change to new password. Then if u click reset again, it goes around in circle. Really hopeless app. Please kindly review the app and do some improvement. It’s a mandatory app to use when using cc n swimming facilities yet the app just cannot work it’s purpose. When buying swim pass, did not indicate clearly that

Lousiest interface to even buy swimming pool tickets. Even the pool staff can't guide us effectively. The whole process took 10 mins! And I wasn't the only people waiting outside figuring the app! A great example of a digital process making things 100 times harder to use!
