Capture an idea, make a shopping checklist, organize a project, or remember an important expiry date. Colorful notes and simple organization tools help you find what matters. Your everyday notes stay available offline, with optional Google Drive backup when you want a saved copy.

COLORFUL NOTES & NOTEPAD
• Create text notes for ideas, meeting notes, journals, and daily plans.
• Choose from 20 note colors.
• Attach up to two photos to each note or checklist.
• Open attached photos in a larger preview.
• Adjust the editor text size for comfortable writing.
• See word and character counts as you write.

CHECKLISTS & TO-DO LISTS
• Build shopping lists, daily checklists, and personal to-do lists.
• Add, edit, reorder, and check off tasks.
• Follow your progress as you complete a checklist.
• Complete all items, uncheck them, or remove completed tasks.
• Start quickly with templates for daily plans, shopping lists, gratitude journals, meeting notes, weekly reviews, and ideas.

ORGANIZE YOUR NOTES
• Pin important notes and mark your favorites.
• Group notes into folders and add tags.
• Search note titles, text, checklist items, folders, and tags.
• Filter by note type, folder, tag, or color.
• Sort by recent edits, oldest first, title, or due date.
• Switch between a colorful card grid and a list layout.
• Archive notes, move them to Trash, or restore them later.
• Duplicate notes and share their text through other apps.

DUE DATES & REMINDERS
• Add due dates to notes and checklists.
• Use the Today collection to see due and overdue items.
• Set reminders for notes, incomplete checklists, and board tasks.
• Choose a reminder time or use the Tomorrow at 9 AM shortcut.

Reminders are scheduled on your device and require the appropriate Android permissions. Sound and delivery depend on your notification, alarm, Do Not Disturb, and device settings.

PERSONAL TASK BOARDS
• Create separate boards for work, home, and personal projects.
• Organize tasks through Tasks, To Do, In Progress, and Done.
• Drag cards between stages or use the Move menu.
• Reorder tasks and add details to keep your next steps clear.

EXPIRY DATE TRACKER
• Track groceries, medicine, baby food, and other dated products.
• Capture or choose a product photo.
• Use on-device text and barcode recognition to suggest product details.
• Optionally look up a product name with Open Food Facts.
• View days remaining and filter products by Active, Next 7 Days, or Expired.
• Set a reminder before the expiry date.

Scanned details are suggestions. Always check the product name and expiry date against the package before saving.

GOOGLE DRIVE BACKUP & RESTORE
• Choose when to back up your library to Google Drive.
• Include notes, checklists, boards, expiry products, and attached photos.
• Keep previous snapshots and select one to restore.
• Preserve existing local content when restoring; changed items are kept as restored copies.

Google Drive backup requires internet access and Google authorization. Backups are created manually and do not provide automatic cross-device sync. Reminder schedules and display preferences remain device-specific.
