About this app

Secret Agent is the real estate agent's toolkit for turning inspection paperwork into client-ready deliverables in minutes.

REPAIR ESTIMATE BUILDER
Upload a home inspection report and Secret Agent extracts every repair item, organizes them, and prices each one so you can build a clean, professional repair request or credit negotiation sheet. Edit items, adjust prices, and copy polished text straight into your emails and forms.

AVID HELPER
Walk the property room by room and capture photos and notes. Secret Agent turns them into carefully worded, liability-conscious visual inspection descriptions ready for your AVID — with a built-in measuring tool on supported iPhones.

BUILT FOR AGENTS
• Works on your phone, tablet, and the web with one account
• Clean, copy-ready output for disclosures, emails, and forms
